Our Chartwells catering and Kitchen staff, supervised by Head Chef Christina, provide all the meals for the boarders. The Chartwells ‘smart food’ program is designed to positively influence the quality & nutritional value of the menus and food offered.
Our Dining Hall sees the freshest ingredients and a variety of cooking methods to enhance the meal service as we strive to create a social and positive experience for students and wider school community. The kitchen takes into account the different requirements for each service, understanding the varying needs of boarders and the broad needs of the different school stakeholders relating to function catering. It is up to us to deliver consistent quality, underpinned by innovation, in order to engage and excite.
