The main aim of Toowoomba Anglican School Rugby is to develop individual players in an enjoyable and challenging environment. We have a wonderful involvement from staff and parents as coaches and managers and utilise assistance from Queensland Reds development officers and Darling Downs Rugby to help give our students opportunities to improve.  We have co-ed teams in the junior league and also enjoy playing 7s with both genders.

We play regular fixtures between March and September. These fixtures include 15-a-side and sevens. We play as a club in the Darling Downs Saturday competition and also have an association with the Toowoomba Bears Rugby club. We are a Founding Member of the South West 7s Series that takes place in Term 4 each year.

Confidence is particularly important, and this is fostered by playing a Rugby at levels where everybody is able to contribute. Enjoyment and development are at the heart of Toowoomba Anglican School Rugby. We enjoy winning and this is a part of our sport but not the main motivation for us.

Toowoomba Anglican School Rugby continues to provide an opportunity for elite rugby players to develop and uncover their potential. In close tandem with this pathway it is our desire to encourage and enhance an enjoyment and passion for the game of rugby union. Students at the school have represented the region and have opportunities to play at the State titles.
