Not all learning takes place in the classroom, sporting field or on stage.

Much of it takes place where students are encouraged to follow their passions, try new things, serve others and be challenged beyond their comfort zones.

Allowing your child to get involved in the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities at school is a wise choice, and it can be very important in helping them to develop many working skills, people skills, time management and prioritizing skills and more importantly can raise self- esteem.

Many times throughout the year, the secondary students come together to socialise outside of the classroom and the school grounds. This is an important aspect of community, creating a safe environment and encouraging inter-year level interactions. These social events take on many forms: a dance, bowling, dinner and a movie, laser tag, picnics in the park and many more. They present the students with a wonderful opportunity for students and staff to mix, build relationships and really get to know each other away from the classroom.

Toowoomba Anglican School offers a wide range of clubs and activities in which the students can take part in.
