Not all learning takes place in the classroom, sporting field or on stage. We know real growth happens when students follow their passions, try new things and get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Engaging in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities can help you develop working skills, people skills, time management, prioritising skills and most importantly, can help raise your self-esteem.

Toowoomba Anglican School offers a wide range of clubs and activities:

  • Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme
  • Student Representative Council
  • Debating
  • Senior Mooting Group
  • Rostrum Voice of Youth
  • eSports
  • Dancing
  • Creative Dragons
  • Science and Engineering Challenge
  • Da Vinci Decathlon Team
  • Art Club
  • Readers Cup
  • Chess
  • Robotics
  • Opti-Minds

Students also have an abundance of activites they can be involved in during Secondary Wednesday Activites or Primary Friday Options.

Outside of official clubs and activities, Secondary students come together to socialise outside of school grounds. These social events take on many forms: a dance, bowling, dinner and a movie, laser tag, picnics in the park and many more. Every event helps strengthen relationships between students and staff and our school spirit.
